COVID-19

As everyone else has had to, massage therapists have adapted the way they work to reduce the risk of COVID-19 to their clients.

The consultation element of appointments may be conducted by telephone or video call before the treatment, if the client has clinical vulnerabilities, to reduce the amount of face to face time we have with each other.

As a therapist, I am taking my temperature and Lateral Flow tests on the day of your appointment and have been fully vaccinated. I wear a face mask for every treatment and a face shield, apron and gloves for your treatment where risks to you are increased due to clinical vulnerabilities or our faces would be in close proximity, for example during facial massage. If you are able to, I would appreciate you wearing a face mask too for your full time with me.

Cleaning and laundry routines are followed in line with GCMT (The Council for Soft Tissue Therapies) guidance.

The risk assessments can be found on the My Venue or Your Venue pages, for your reference.
